The Bike Ride

Since 2008, this unforgettable adventure has seen our riders take on some of Europe’s most iconic and demanding routes, from the Swiss Alps and the Scottish Highlands to Rome, the South of France, Croatia and Italy. Driven by a powerful collective spirit and an unwavering commitment to change, each year a group of inspiring individuals comes together to tackle some of Europe’s most challenging and scenic cycling terrain. Their dedication and support have created a truly tremendous impact. All funds raised support Quintessentially Foundation and its child poverty initiative, The Firefly Project, transforming every mile ridden into real, measurable change for children who need it most.

Thank you to all those who participated in our 2026 Bike Ride – an exciting ride from Turin to Lake Como, Italy, combining challenging cycling, luxury experiences, and stunning scenery – and stay tuned for more information soon on our 2027 ride!

Competition with a cause
The World Padel Charity Championships

This one‑day padel tournament brings together community, philanthropy, and sport to celebrate the world’s fastest‑growing game. Guests enjoy an inclusive, high‑energy atmosphere filled with thrilling matches.

Last year’s event took place at the state‑of‑the‑art Rocket Padel club at the iconic Battersea Power Station, providing a striking backdrop for a day of sport, networking, and meaningful impact. Eight teams of eight players competed in a fast‑paced tournament that built to an exhilarating WPCC trophy final, with world‑class padel professionals adding to the excitement. Around 100 spectators enjoyed the action throughout the day, with delicious lunch and drinks provided for all attendees. Last year, we raised over £40,000 to support our charitable initiatives.

The charity Christmas event of the year
The Fayre of St James's

The Fayre of St James’s is one of London’s most cherished charity Christmas concerts. Each year the evening includes musical performances, festive readings, a silent auction, and the launch of our Light Up a Life Winter Appeal followed by an intimate dinner & live auction at Loulou’s 5 Hertford Street.

The evening has showcased performances from Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Simon Le Bon, James Bay, James Blunt, Craig David, Ellie Goulding, Beverley Knight, and more, alongside readings from figures including Sir Stephen Fry, Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberbatch, Joanna Lumley, Tom Hardy and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
